Butler’s Eye on Art Exhibition – Call For Artists
We are excited to announce a call for artists for our upcoming juried Art Show. This is a unique opportunity for emerging and established artists to showcase their work as part of a vibrant, community-driven festival that highlights Butler’s industrial, cultural and faith heritage as part of the America 250 celebration.
Two-dimensional entries will be accepted along with a limited number of three-dimensional pieces, particularly works that fit the heritage theme or are in metals or glass mediums.
DATES: July 10 – 11, 2026. Show open from noon to 7 p.m. on July 10th and from 10 a.m to 6 p.m. on July 11th.
LOCATION: The Brick House Event Center, 118 North Main Street, Butler, PA 16001. In the heart of Rotary’s Butler Cultural District.
PRIZES:
First and second prizes of $500 and $200 in each of three categories:
1. painting/drawing 2. photography 3. three-dimensional art (note that space is limited for larger pieces). A “Best Theme” prize of $500 will be awarded to artwork that best captures Butler’s industrial, cultural or faith heritage.
SUBMISSIONS: Up to 3 pieces per artist.
ENTRY FEES: $35 for first entry. $5 for all successive entries
Be sure to upload photos of your artwork to the following google drive folder. Be sure your file name has your name on it.

DEADLINE FOR ENTRY: June 12, 2026
Artwork to be dropped off July 8th at 118 North Main Street, Butler, PA.
Show will open at Noon on Friday, July 10th and close on Saturday, July 11th at 6 p.m. Artwork will need to be picked up by 5 p.m. Monday, July 13th.
If your work is not accepted, your payment will be refunded.
